Dawn and Gary seek to provide guests with warm, friendly hospitality.
FOR SECURITY, COMFORT AND PRIVACY of our Registered Guests, we do not give tours or allow unregistered visitors. Additional guests are $55 in the Victorian Cottage Group Suite if approved by us in advance.
CHILDREN over 12 can be registered guests. A parent must accompany them at all times. Only our group suite is for 3 or more guests.

CHECK-IN: We open at 4:00PM. Please call if you are going to be late to assure someone will be available when you arrive. If you are early visit nearby Belleville, Paoli, New Glarus, Madison or Mount Horeb for unique shops, parks and things to do.
CHECKOUT: 11:00 AM.
SPECIALS are based on length of stay.
RATES are subject to a 5.5% sales tax and may change with notice posted on this website. We have no room tax, resort fees or parking fees. Prices may be inaccurate on other websites.
MINIMUM STAYS: A 2-night minimum may apply weekends especially May thru October, during holidays, and during special occasions. We will always let you know if a 2-night minimum applies. Please feel free to call us toll-free 1-866-424-6340 (or from Madison area 424-6340) if you have a question.
PAYMENT: Small inns are greatly affected by cancellations, thus each guest is important to us. Others are
turned away when you agree to rent a room or rooms. Thus we have
established a fair payment policy: 50% of rental (minimum 1-night
charge) is due and payable when your rental is made, the balance is due
at the end of your stay or rental agreement. Payments are guaranteed by
MasterCard, Visa or Discover. Full payment is required of group rentals when booked.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Refunds only apply if you cancel 14 days or more for initial single unit rental or 30 days or more for two or more group unit rentals prior to your scheduled arrival date; or if your room rental date(s) are re-rented. A $30 per room cancellation fee applies. No refunds apply to subsequent cancellations or to no-shows.
CANDLES: Sorry, our insurance prohibits candle use. You pay for wax, fire or related damages.
GiIFT CERTIFICATES ARE AVAIABLE FOR ALL OCCASION! They are valid for 1 year for the amount of purchase - after that the price increase is added.
SMOKE-FREE: Smoking is only permitted in or near your vehicle in the parking lot.
WEDDINGS: Sorry, we do not do weddings. We are the ideal getaway of the wedding couple or their family.
