Cameo Rose Guest Policies Dawn and Gary seek to provide guests with warm, friendly hospitality; a world of luxury, elegance and comfort; a genuine Wisconsin getaway with on-site scenic beauty; the "Best breakfast in the Midwest"; and take-home memories at an affordable price. Cameo Rose is for the exclusive use of registered paying guests and the owners. For security, comfort and privacy of all, we do not give tours or allow unregistered visitors. Guest friends and relatives and others can browse our web site for numerous pictures of rooms and the property. Extra guests are $45 each. Only the Victorian Cottage Suite can accommodate extra guests. See Rooms.
Check-in: 4–6 PM: We open at 4:00PM. Please call if you are going to be late to assure someone will be home when you arrive. If you are early, please visit nearby Belleville, Paoli, New Glarus, Madison or Mount Horeb for unique shops, parks and things to do. Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Payments: Small inns are greatly affected by cancellations. Others are turned away when you agree to rent a room or rooms. Thus we have established a fair payment policy: 50% of rental (minimum 1-night charge) is due by cash, check, money order, traveler check, MasterCard or Visa when your rental is made. The balance is due at the end of your stay or rental agreement. You are responsible for the entire amount of your rental agreement. All payments are guaranteed by MasterCard or Visa or Discover.
Cancellations and Refunds: Refunds only apply if you cancel 14 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival date or if your room rental date(s) are re-rented. If you are part of a group rental, a 30-day advance notice is required. A $30 per room cancellation fee applies. The fee may be waived at our discretion if you accept a 100% refund by a Cameo Rose Gift Certificate. Gift certificates are good for 1 year and subject to availability and the same policies as any other payment. No refund or certificate applies if you do not show for a rental, depart early during your stay, or if you cancel a second time.
Guest children 12 or older are welcome. Candles - None Allowed: Sorry, but our fire alarms are very sensitive, our insurance prohibits candle use, and you pay for wax or fire damages. Pets - Sorry, No Pets: For your pet's getaway in Wisconsin, we recommend the Cherokee Kennel in nearby Oregon, WI. – Phone 608-835-5250. Rates and Prices are subject to a 5.5% state and county sales taxes. We have no room tax or resort fee. Prices may vary from other web site quotes not updated and from qoutes involving holidays as we do not discount for holiday periods. Gift certificates are valid for one year for the amount of purchase (After a year any price increase will be added). Your rate on your rental agreement is guaranteed for 90 days from date or rental, thereafter prices are subject to change without notice.
Smoke-Free Property. Smoking is not permitted on the Cameo Rose property, except in or near your vehicle in the parking lot.
