Tower Hill State Park is a 77-acre park that offers 11 campsites, canoe landing, picnicking facilities and shelter, panoramic views of the Wisconsin River, nature and 2 miles of hiking trails and bluff trails, and upland forests and a variety of animals, birds, plants and shrubs. It is best known for its 175-foot Cambrian sandstone cliff where a tower to make lead shot was built in 1833 consisting of a wooden shaft and the smelter house at the top. It has been rebuilt and a video program shows how shot was made in the 1830's.
