Wollersheim Winery

Located in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin, the award winning Wollersheim Winery rests along a scenic Wisconsin River hillside. This winery is the largest winery in Wisconsin.

In 1972, Robert and JoAnn Wollersheim purchased the property and begun restorations and expansion programs. They planted the hillside vineyard slopes with new grape vines, refurnished the underground wine cellars with oak barrels and put a wine store above.

In addition they own the Cedar Creek Winery in Cedarburg, Wisconsin and the Cedar Creek brand.

Their Wollersheim Winery building expansions follow the original design and their expanded production yields about half the wine made in Wisconsin with the majority being sold at the Prairie du Sac and Cedarburg locations.

This regional winery has received numerous awards for its wines and has gained recognition as a leading winery in the Midwest. See their web site at wollersheimwinery.com.
