MINIMUM STAYS: A 2-night minimum stay on WEEKENDS is preferred MAY through OCTOBER and applies unless the room is not rented 2 days prior to the date requested. We also take one night bookings for Friday if a room is rented for a Sat. & Sun. stay; or for Saturday if a room is rented for a Thurs. & Fri. stay. RATES – Higher rate quoted above is our regular daily room rate. Lower quoted rates represent our best of Specials for extended stay discounts. A 5.5% sales tax is added to prices. We have no room tax, resort fees or parking fees. Rates you book at are guaranteed for 6 months and thereafter subject to change. Sorry, but only one discount or special applies based on our regular daily rate indicated above.
